Honestly...WFH IS one of the cool benefits I brag about to my friends. I’m very lucky to being able to save so much on my commuting costs and spending more time with family. Different strokes for different folks though, I understand everyone has different situations

WFH used to be one of the cool benefits. But now that everyone is working from home, and my promotion/raise was put on hold back in April due to the 'Rona, and my employer terminated 401K matching, WFH no longer seems so cool.

Is it better to roll current traditional 401k (Merrill lynch) into new firms 401k (fidelity) or roll into traditional IRA instead (also with fidelity)?
