160k base for current class year for SIC role
For IC it is probably around 90k (equivalent to BA)
Coach and consultant are one and the same
I was told starting pay was in line with McKinsey strategy folks.
Senior implementation coach = Associate level salary. MI pay is on par with generalist pay at all equivalent levels for all practical purposes
I am an SIC
Glassdoor says 148k but that seems high. Currently at 78k
Coach? What about just a normal consultant?
@M1 same. Bonus likely lower
I’m not sure about total comp but I’d expect base to be 90-100k. From what I understand Implementation Coach is a BA-equivalent role, and Senior Implementation Coach an ASC-equivalent role.
Do you know about Senior Implementation Consultant A1?
I believe they’re synonymous, but you’ll have to check.
I’m a generalist and don’t have a window into the nuts and bolts of the practice, unfortunately
@M1 comp out of MBA is the same for ASC and Sr Implementation Coaches from what I know
So should I say 105k-115k? Is that reasonable?
