Is online dating the way to go during this time of social distancing?

I started dating someone mid-Jan and the other night he told me he’s falling in love with me. I said it back (I am). I’ve only slept with one person, my wife. I have not openly shared this with anyone because there’s a stigma that I “settled” or I don’t have numbers on the board like a man should.
