Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company

Haha I'm applying for the same one I think. Finally got a bite from a recruiter and answered the email screen and nothing for two days about a phone interview
That’s probably a L62 (or lower) position if it only requires experience. COL for the area will be the biggest factor but in the Seattle area it’s prob looking at $120-145k, 0-20% cash bonus, 0-20% stock bonus. TS will skew a bit on the higher side but I don’t believe it’s a significant change.
Someone reached out so was just curious if it’s even worth discussing
A lot of people seem to hate on them when compared to the FAANGs but I think they compensate much better than our current firms from what I have heard
TS gets 20% of your salary a year -
So it’s a nice bonus…
And I came from Booz Allen a few years ago and saw an immediate 50k bump!
Happy to!
