Might be a silly question, but when looking at switching firms does the interview cadence follow college recruiting? (Behavioral, case, confirming interview, potential offer)

What happens if I fail to clear client interviews multiple times? Will they terminate me?
Its been a month i have joined and not able to clear the client interview 😞.

1. How many rounds should i expect in total considering I clear everything? (I think my first round itself has technical + manger/director)
2. How long (time) will it take to get an offer?
