Worked for this company for aprox. 8 months. Received $3 in raises over 8 months, 2 eqip cert, & never received one write up. Had an illiterate foreman that had lost 3 children because of drugs, he was worried I was going to take his job, he blackballed me. Companies I applied for informed me Moss told them if they hired me they would lose their contract with Moss. I have not worked for over a year because of this company. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
