recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is

The simple answer is yes, a lot of job postings are basically wish lists. And most hiring managers know there probably isn't any one person with all the skills listed. However, it's best not to apply for jobs if you're completely inexperienced in important areas. If you feel you hit most of the qualifications, then you should apply.
If you’re in or near Hockessin, Delaware and interested in a management role, we would love to have you consider Regal Heights. We need a Unit Manager for a skilled unit. It does include an on-call rotation about every 8 weeks. There is a 10K sign-on bonus. Good facility, well staffed, young nursing team (as it relates to leadership) small parent company.
Hard to say without knowing what specific tools they are asking for. If they are generally what you’d find on the job, I don’t see why they wouldn’t find somebody with experience. I know a lot of tools and programs are transferable with a little bit of learning, so put yourself in the best position for it.
Yes. Happens all the time. A lot of those "requirements" are very much wish list items. A strong resume can usually make up for a lack of familiarity with a certain tool or platform so long as it's not mission critical.

I feel like it might be variable depending on the manager. Sometimes if they need someone then you can get hired without those skill sets
