a year is a long time to be at a job you may not like.
I'd say it dependshow much you hate it. If it's tolerable, I would stay and in the back of your mind you know you're leaving so take time for yourself more, plan your moving, pick up a few extra curriculars. Once you've accepted that you can make better choices to find balance and your current gig isn't forever - life becomes a lot more pleasant. Personally, a new job (especially in Account being client relationship based) would be a little insincere to your next employer and may induce just more stress.
I'm in the same boat and have made the decision to just network with any recruiter that reaches out but make it known I'm not taking any new positions in this city. But for the paid time off and 401k match situation I would just tough it out. Plus for your resume's sake a few years at an agency is rare these days
