So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables.
