My company has a diverse team and it’s important to me that my employees feel cared about. We have a hybrid schedule so people are only in the office one or two days a week, sometimes not at all. How can I create good team rapport and inclusiveness when we're mostly remote? I know people hate things like having Zoom Happy Hour after work when they just want to be done and spend time with their families, so what other ways could I do this without patronizing my people?

Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
