My firm has put in a new policy and I wanted to know if this was common (or even legal) or absolutely unheard of.

We were told about this policy for the first time this month and then it was reiterated last week via email. If you bill less than 4 hours for any day, you have to input 1/2 day PTO. If you bill less than 2 hours for any day, you have to input 1 full day of PTO and if you bill under 7 hours and are behind the “monthly goal” you will be having a convo with a supervising partner.

Anyone here use or know anyone who has used Vet Comp and Pen to get/increase VA disability benefits? Wondering if they’re reputable.

I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?
