My friend (background in startups) just went through a final round interview at a boutique firm and immediately withdrew her candidacy and called me asking how the hell I don't get bored to tears and lose my mind in consulting. It's a firm that specializes in ops, so definitely different than the strategy work I do...but it's got me wondering if there are more compelling things out there I should be looking at, like I'm a fool for thinking this is pretty decent 😂

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed).
