My experience is that you need to be in the top 1-2% of devs at what you do to reach 200k base full remote. There are certainly startups and scale ups offering top of market salary for remote roles still, but the competition is fierce. You need to be able to present as a specialist in exactly what they need (even if you consider yourself a generalist normally). Years of experience are hard to gauge, but for most folks you'll be looking at 10+ to compete for those roles.
Probably a long road ahead of me then. I've gotten some decent experience and I've been promised a loss of the "associate" title in March, so I might be able to swing it for my particular specialty (platform engineering).
Possibly- look to Glassdoor and Salaries.fyi for guidance. It all depends on your level of experience and how you define “good”. For example, architecting systems at Netflix is a lot different than architecting a system for a local credit union or online retailer.

Sounds as though you are in the upper range, now. Of course, we do not know what your specific skills are. I know several people who would jump at your gig for that compensation
It's easy in ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP) at the big 4 at experienced manager level.
Honestly if this was a 5 days a week job you’d be making about 230-240k base. Not even talking about profit sharing and securities as bonus etc. you should be able to look for 200k base online
A lot top out around 200-250k base. Above that are you need to start looking at RSUs and other types of bonuses.
Most are not going to pay that unless you are in a HCOL area and then it doesn't make sense for remote and you'll be hybrid. Why pay someone high rates in HCOL if they are remote when you can pay someone much cheaper in LCOL areas and be getting the highest talent front hat area.
