Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

I think you'd only help yourself by helping him out (if you're going to be working with him anyway). Not saying you should hold his hand by any means, but some guidance / best practices advice can't hurt.
Help him out, don't be an asshole and have the mindset "they treated me like this so I should do the same" break the cycle. Plus he/she could also make your life easier
Help them. I had the same scenario as you and have helped the kids below me out as much as possible, it's paying dividends already. faster and better work is better for the whole team.
Absolutely. I had the same thing. Think a bit about stewardship, make docs and guides for the stuff you had to get your head around and help the kid. He/she'll remember you later in their career, too.
