My head chef recently praised me for my hard work and dedication to the job, and I assumed I’d get more shifts because of this and the fact I’m a student who is currently on summer holidays and is able to work more often which I’ve stated numerous times, but I’ve just checked my schedule for next week and I’ve been scheduled for nothing. I’m so frustrated that I get praised for my hard work not to be given shifts the following week after working my ass off for them.

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
