My little one is about to turn 1. We have been managing his care without outside help.
Wondering if now we can get him started in Day care right away or is it better to have a nanny for first 3-6 months and then transition to Day care?

Generally speaking, no reason not to just jump in. But depends on any specific factors you may have.

Daycare is great. It really helps with their socialization. Just jump in.

If you can go nanny route, i would suggest that. Your kiddo will be at 🏠 with nanny and will have a better one on one development. You can then phase out to montessori at 2.5 mark for part time effort. Plus uf you are wf4, its an added benefit to see yiur kid at home.

Transitions are hard. I would say it’s better to put your kid through 1 transition (parent to day care) rather than 2 (parent to nanny to day care).

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.

I been thinking about buying a 3bed and 3bath house or a condo. I haven’t had much luck in finding one so I started thinking about 4 bed and 3bath. Please share your experiences from all aspects. The only thing that makes me think weird is, it’s too much space for one person ☹️

Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together. It was such a beautiful relationship but ultimately he just didn’t love me. I love him so much. My mind knows that I deserve reciprocal love and I’m worthy, but I feel physically ill. My body hurts, my stomach is in knots, my head hurts. How is it that I have to mend a broken heart but also meet my billable hours lmao

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.
