Any info on the agency Heartbeat in NY?
Just got a job at Deloitte M&A in Atlanta and am currently looking to buy a house. Would you advise I buy closer to Atlanta or the suburbs? I personally want to be in the suburbs but I hear the traffic situation is quite bad. Current consultants in Atlanta, how much time do you actually spend in the office vs remote vs client site? Would you advise I try and stay closer to the office?

What's the mega backdoor???
Chief
Companies don't usually reveal the specifics of their benefits online. They will just tell you something generic like competitive benefits package: 401k, dental, health.
She should be able to get this information for HR or by calling Fidelity or whoever manages the account up directly and asking if the company plan allows for after tax contributions (not Roth 401k) and whether the plan allows for in plan withdrawals. I believe that is what is needed to do the mega backdoor. She'll also want to check to see if it's automated or if she has to call in each time.
If this is a major deciding factor, I think you would need to ask someone who works for Wells Fargo (corporate?)
I think this is potentially less likely since they manage their own 401k through WFAM. I don’t know the specifics, I just know that they do not outsource their 401k program.
Thanks
