1 Accenture - 10.15 fixed + 2 lakhs JB + 2.2L VP

2. Genpact - 15 fixed + 2.5 lakhs JB + 1L VP

Right now she is on her 6th month of pregnancy and she will work for next 80 days to be eligible for maternity policy as per labour act.During interview she mentioned same with Accenture but not with Genpact.
Now she is looking to join in Genpact due to high package offered but worried about not informing them about her situation.

Is it okay to join Genpact?

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
