For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. Doesn’t seem bad. This property went pending in 24 hours. Close to the same price but 600 sq ft. And it’s a complete tear down. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/20-Howland-Road-East-Sandwich-MA-02537/55923202_zpid/?utm_campaign=iosappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare

Not for that square footage, bedrooms, and lot. On cape cod you can’t ever have more bedrooms than the original structure and you can only ever have 60% more sq ft.
It would be the right price if someone buys, but I wouldn't. Appears to be out in suburbia (I'm not local, just looking on the map) but the schools are not well rated. So what's the point? It looks like a below average house with an average size lot.
This is a tear down minutes away from the city center. They will tear it down and build a house and the property will be worth $2m
