Need some guidance: so I’ve been on-boarded as a freelance consultant in Feb 25’ in this mnc. I’ve been given no projects to work on but a lot of hopes and aspirations about the direction of this role during interviews. No communication on their end either after on-boarding .
AND they’ve just opened up a full time role in their team with the same JD. Should I apply for it? Or reach out to the HR?

Evening! Dog owners who live in condo rentals downtown.. did you tell your landlord you had a dog? I’m in a rental with a lease that says no pets (i’m sure a common clause?) and i didn’t have any pets moving in. 6 months in, i got a puppy lol. I don’t want to invite potential conflict by updating my landlord, my lawyer partner says the no pets clause is void in toronto anyway - but I worry about a bad landlord reference if they find out i.e come for repairs.
