I decided to take applying for external opportunities more seriously. I understand it is insane out there. How do you get yourself organized for this? Do you keep an excel sheet? Do you have a target of how many applications you send out in a day? I am asking because I was applying earlier this year and got burned out real fast. I needed to pause and re-think my methods.
