How hot is the female
That's not always the case.
It could be that the woman is on an awesome team so they share cases. They also seem to be on top of their work and can probably provide better service/more expertise.
The guy sounds like he's by himself. He might be laid back or he might have a full time job outside of real estate since he's only closed 4 transactions. I heard a cop who was a part time agent. He would take 4 days to get you an answer whereas people who do real estate full time get back to you immediately.
I would go for the woman only because more focused work.
I don't think it'll hurt if you give the guy a try. See what happens and if he doesn't meet your standards, choose the woman
That buyer rebate should be tossed out of decision making process as $1k cash is practically a rounding error. A good agent can make you a lot more than that.
Timing, staging, photos, open house, marketing, network, etc. A good agent can tip the scales in so many ways. I’d go with the woman who has 100 transactions on her resume ….

How is your knowledge of the real estate market? Why has he only closed 4 properties compared to her 100?
An extra 25 or 30 basis points reduction in fee isn’t a huge deal breaker.
Neither, go straight to the selling agent of the house you're interested in, they'll give you much more rebate as they're taking the entire share of the commissions
Lol for thinking realtors do work
With 10+ purchases under my belt, all with the same realtor, I can honestly say it doesn't matter who your realtor is if you do not have a long-term relationship with them.
I know this won't be popular with the realtor group, but they have very little to add in the current market, without some type of long-term relationship.
With the purchasing I have done, my realtor puts me at the front of the line for a property over others that come along simply because he knows I will continue to purchase with him regularly. His real estate company also thinks of me first when a new property comes available, sometimes giving me the opportunity to make an offer on the property before it hits the open market.
Your attorney will be involved in any important decisions, worry about that role more than who your realtor is.
Are the sizes comparable
And could the first be deals on which she colisted?

Which one did you feel you got along with better? Did one feel like they were easier to talk to?
In my experience, realtors are just pushing for a sale so they make their cut. You never want to deal with a desperate real estate agent or lawyer cuz they’ll their financial interests above yours.
I am a part time realtor and since my livelihood is not dependent upon my client sale, I never push them for a sale or ever show desperation and keep their benefits above my commission. I also give 1% commission back as the buyer credit. In my area, max commissions are 2-2.25%
Making that decision over $1000 seems very short sighted
