What is tech consulting hike ? For staf 3 senior
Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days.The MNC will be offering good package,but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter,and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Remember the trick last year where you could see your raise early by looking at the source code of the site on chrome
1 rating. I had better not be disappointed
D5. Wow. You must be the 2nd coming of Jesus Christmas to have got a 1.
Here's to preparing for disappointment 🍺
Bump for more details on this source code hack.
Yes, it's so the firm can be even more nebulous about where you really stand.
@OP: I tried this last year but failed haha care to share details? How early?
Details on using source code / dev tools on Chrome to see early?
Bump on source code trick?
What were your promotion bumps?

They have a lot of issues to sort it before the scatter plot can become "law". Need higher/better adoption of snapshots. Although, based on snapshots I should have gotten a one 🤔 (got a 2)
What's the link tho?
@DD1: From Deloittenet, go to People & Practices/Businesses & Enabling Areas/Consulting/Talent/Compensation.
@nyclife: I didn't know about that trick. That's a question for @D1.👼
@op this is just the broad announcement page though, I thought last year it was a person-specific website that we checked the code on. That's the link I can't find..
@DD1: Gotcha. I didn't know about the Chrome trick. Perhaps @D1 will provide details.
We don't have number ratings anymore, they got rid of that this year. It's that whole confusing scatter plot thing now
@D8, we piloted RPM in Federal this past performance year. The scatter plot was the main exhibit during consensus, but the panel and counselor agreed on a number, too. But the number might go away this year.
