Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

My team and I have been working over time a lot for more than 2 weeks now. I do not think that we only deserve OT pay after everything. I hate how my manager thinks that we will be fine soon, and I do not have to worry once the new hires get onboard. How about those hard work we did? I feel like the things we have done are undervalued. The amount of exhaustion and anxiety I have right now cannot be paid by such. Not to mention it ruined my body clock now too.
