Can anyone suggest some companies which provide summer interships for MBA students (Analytics)? Some of my juniors are asking me about this and i am totally clueless.

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. Hi All, I need some career guidance.

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.

I want to switch to a product company in a PM/TPM role, and I am planning to learn something new which has a great future scope, pays well, and aligns with my profile. Any recommendation would really help me take a right call.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

I decided to jump back in after a few months hiatus because of the free expansion week. My main character has gear 1350-1400 but my light level is listing at 1216 and every activity I do the enemies are “!!” level so I get destroyed.
