Assuming your resume reflects your level of life science knowledge, then they’re probably fine with your level of science knowledge and to the extent there is substantive discussion, it’ll probably be more legal than scientific in nature.
On the other hand, if you have advanced science background/knowledge that’s not reflected on your resume, bringing it up could be helpful, even just to show some added awareness within the practice area.
Read up on some of their most recent work so you feel comfortable talking about it. It's important to emphasize your skills, and ability to jump into a new role and learn a new area of law quickly during an interview where you haven't practiced in the area before.
