Also, parking in Uptown. If I were to get an offer how do I go about negotiating parking. Does the company contribute anything to parking and where would I find a lot close to the office?

Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks
