Not sure if this is the right bowl. Have any of you filed bankruptcy? How does that affect your corporate AMEX card?

Oh, that's the Financial Dependence Retire Never bowl. Close, but no cigar.

Update: Bankruptcy attorney said your corporate card will be cancelled. When you file for bankruptcy all credit cards which you are liable for are cancelled. Since technically the card is in your name and under your SS# you are liable.

Oh darn, guess I won't file for bankruptcy then.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?

I get Waddle & Pollard, I give away Mattison and Davante Adams. Good or bad trade? I am 0-3.

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

Thank you in advance!!

For any real estate investors

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Any books? youtubers? etc. How did you all learn about it?
