I have 1 one year old and have told my husband that I want to get divorced. He is being immature about the process and is just trying to make everything difficult. Ladies, I commend all of you who are pregnant and lawyering on the daily! I am 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t been working much since I left my firm in March. Suppose you are 3 months pregnant and interviewing for a job. Would you disclose to the recruiter that you are expecting or is there no need to give that information until after being hired? As for the compensation, if you’ve already been told pre-interview, the salary range for the role, is it appropriate to negotiate a number for the salary if you are asked your desired salary in the first screening interview? Or should you try to hold off on the negotiation after you receive an offer?

Biglaw parents with infants who use formula, I’m not sure how you are keeping it all together. I had a free weekend and my friends didn’t, so I (foolishly) offered to look for their formula since they’re running super low. I went to 20 stores (5+ hours and probably 100 miles of driving) before I found the formula they need for their kid (needs a special type of formula for health reasons).

I would like to create a schedule for all of my clients. Let’s say I have platinum, gold clients etc. What would be the best way for me to schedule a call for them based on their profile of gold or platinum? For example, I would start scheduling a call every month for my top clients, then a call every quarter for other categories… I need to track the data, and make sure employees are calling them… something that would alert my employees to call such clients.
