Hi , i gave assessment and interview on May 13th for senior vetting analyst role -hyderabad, and since then i have not received any communication, my interview went very well and application status in HSBC careers shows updated recently on May 26th with assessment passed and result and feedback available for review ,what does this mean ? I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. This is inline for my company but low when I speak with others for Enterprise rep openings. Any thoughts on recommendations for steps to bridge that gap?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

I’m pretty torn on whether I want to take an offer for an internal role or not…
The job itself sounds pretty interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth (eventually will build out a team).

My only concern is the hiring manager. I talked to someone in my network who has worked with him in the past and she told me that she would 100% work with him again bc she learned a lot, but that he has a very dominant personality and that some ppl can butt heads with him.

Got offered 68k after 2 years as a contractor (62.5k) doing project management/business admin in a tech department at a Fortune 500 bank. I have an A.S degree and working on my bachelor’s/masters may 2024. I negotiated to 84k NYC. I have seen interns get offered 38 per hour (79k) for internship positions with a similar role.

Thoughts? Should I go higher? I do my job well that’s why they decided to keep me as a contractor after my internship.

So I’m only contributing to 401k enough to get employer match, and I’m saving an additional ~20% and putting 90% of that into my vanguard mutual funds.
