I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. I work my best when I am busy and have upcoming deadlines. It’s either procrastination or just short of it, but I never miss a deadline and clients/partners are consistently happy with my work. I have tried forever to change this but have failed every time. Will this ever change or does this only get reinforced as you move up and keep getting more responsibility? How do you get the proverbial shit done?
