Omnicom friends - can you explain your PTO policy? Lots of questions around IPG about whether it's 15 days & the 10-hours are additional accrual, or if we need to work up to the 15 days.

Also - how much varies on an agency by agency basis for you folks? At IPG, we have summer fridays on an agency by agency basis, different RTO policies, etc.
