On the Project Management side of tech consulting, received an attractive offer for a Manager role at Cognizant within their advisory group. Currently a SC at IBM and mostly work on implementation projects, however my interest aligns more closely with advisory. As a counter IBM has agreed verbally to promote me to MC in 3 months with a significant salary bump but lower compared to Cognizant. HELP!?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
