One of my coworkers has been constantly messaging me on Slack about things that have nothing to do with work. I can't mute him because we work on projects together, so what should I do?

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?

If you notice that a junior associate on your team has over-billed, how would you handle it? I don’t want to get them in trouble, but noticed that they billed extremely high numbers even though I was doing all they work on the deal and they completely disappeared other than for client conference calls. I have a townhome I want to rent out and wanted to see if there would be any interest here for a furnished townhouse (just main things like bedframes, sofa, dining table, bar stools etc). Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines?
