I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

MDW? That’s an airport for people without lounge access or status.
ORD? A shitshow?
Must’ve been on a day of the week that ends in “y”...

Today or just in general? +1 to both scenarios. MDW 💪🏻
I just waited 20 minutes for an Uber that never came and had to move to the cab line that took another 20. Thanksgiving travel is the worst.
Really? Seems unusually quiet to me
Took 30min for last mile into airport, and the T1 pre check line was insane
ATK1: any insight on this Uber thing? It has been a major fuckshow recently waiting for a pickup, and I’m talking at like 10pm. I keep hearing about a parking lot? Whatever it is, I’m fucking over it
Terminal 5 was a nightmare with the lack of ATS. Line for the shuttle bus stretched the length of the terminal
It’s fucked
Tell me when it is not.. 🧐
D2 - my experience, too. Waited forever for my Uber at 930pm on a Monday.
It’s snowing in Chicago today. Also, it’s the weekend before Thanksgiving when the rest of the country is traveling too. 🙄
There is additional construction going on at ohare that takes 4 lanes down to 2 getting out of the airport. This backs up everyone including the Uber getting to you in departures. This all on top of normal shitty Chicago traffic. If you can afford to take the blue line up to a certain point before ubering I would wholeheartedly recommend it
