What are you trying to have them talk about?
For BHM - a speaker is going to reinforce the fact that black people are important? Or what were you thinking? My initial thought is to reach out to the urban league in your area to see who may be willing to come speak but it seems a bit canned.
For women’s day I suggest a panel with a diverse group of your highest title holding women - they’ll talk about their career journeys and take questions.
Not sure about the struggle then overcome speech - is the rest of your committee aligned on the topic and would people be excited to attend something like that?
In grad school during BHM I brought in 4-5 different speakers in different areas, one was a publishing CEO, a civil rights leader, another was a CEO of a residential development company, etc. They talked about their path to the top, passions and motivated and encouraged the MBAs to seek avenues that bring them joy.
