In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

I am earning 23lpa 11 yoe for UI with react t ch stack. I see a lot of post with people way more than that for my tech stack and exp. How do I get to a similar salary. What is the strategy to use how to prepare? All my experience has been in service based companies. If I wanna try to product based companies how do prepare for that?

My company has made us sign an employment bond for 3 years and exit penalty is 4.5 lakhs. I have completed 2.3 years but I don’t want to continue working in this company anymore. I am an Engg. (2004-2008) then went for MBA from UPES, Dehradun in Oil and Gas (2012-2014 : Regrettable decision). No connection though with O&G industry. Approx 10 years of work exp. Thinking of pursuing ISB MBA for a career jump. Present CTC 12.75. Any suggestions on which course shall I go for or any other alternatives. I can go for regular MBA too. i have offer from Nagarro with 25 lpa fixed and pwfh , TIAA 25 fixed 10% bonus , HSBC technology asking me for retention but it has production support work along with development so I am bit hesitant to stay in HSBC Technology

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
