Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here.
