It's probably all ballers though #connections
I've had the app for my own curiosity for awhile. The $10k will get you empty legs for free. You can see average numbers of empty legs per year per route before joining. I hope someday I can fly charter as well.
So on empty legs, you can block at least two seats. On Shuttle flights, you only get one seat, and it may be club (facing someone) or couch. (People bitch about couch, but I like it). If you have the higher membership tier, you don't pay for shuttle flights, except transatlantic, but you can only have one or two reserved at a time.
If you make $300k and you own your own business that requires travel it's a no brained
You can get the whole plane on some empty legs. They push the value of their membership for social/networking purposes and even have non- air travel related events.
Yet he was flying commercial today?
And then you pay for flights on top of that? 10K sounds like a steal.
Isn't it awkward to sit face to face with someone? Even if it is a comfy seat... That's... Not exactly private...
And you live in a city with Shuttle flights. It's not great if you're only getting empty legs and discount full-plane charter. If the London-NY shuttle picks up, $3k r/t in a G-IVSP is a smoking deal.
