Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. I was fairly diligent last week, billed 60h, met all my deadlines and obtained positive feedback on my work. It was a lot harder than it sounds as I’m generally either late, screw up or get bad feedback. So big win. At the same time, it drained my body and brain to the point of not being able to work at all on Tuesday and spending the day watching TV.
