And have this martyr mentality for "patient-centered care"

Patient-centered is:
A model of care
NOT a self-sacrifice model

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!
