PD here. I just found out I’m making substantially less than my “incoming class”. My work is excellent and it seems the discrepancy is I moved offices prior to a promotion and that set me back in pay. I have asked for a salary adjustment commensurate with my years experience and have been turned down - nothing official. Any advice on getting bumps in pay in government?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights.
