The worst is definitely the lack of understanding from leadership.
It affects everything; content, processes, priorities, budgets, etc…
Couldn't agree more. People don't understand how important this part really is.
I think responding to feedback and complaints is the most taxing for me.
Having to gather and lead these people when I think they are some of the worst individuals I know. It's hard to work when you do not believe in the cause and equally hate the people who perpetuate the cause.
I agree with you a hundred percent. They don't find the difficulty in what we do. I hope they understand that our tasks are not easy, as with any job out there. SMH
Dealing with negative comments. Some were personal attacks. It's just draining and exhausting.
Generating leads and responding to negative feedback/complaints. These tasks are really draining and exhausting.
