Pfizer folks - can someone shed some light on bonus/share compensation for Directors? Per the job postings, it looks like 22.5% is target bonus and there is “eligibility” for long term share incentive. What does this actually look like? And is it possible to outperform target bonus range? Thanks!

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.
