So I’m currently entering the 4th and final round of an interview process for a sales role.. The final round entails a sales pitch presentation where I present either a topic or product that I can confidently convey a persuasive message about.

The actual topic isn’t what’s important as it’s more about then actual skills show cased.. I’m currently struggling to decide on an easy topic that would suit well - between the topic and then any other words of advise I can use some tips for this !!

I've always operated off the standard that I would give any role a year. Meaning, if the job isn't what I expected or culture is a bit 'meh', I'll give it a go a year. Does anyone else have a similar standard for themselves? Or is time to valuable and if the role isn't right in the beginning it's unlikely to get better.

Is there are site or ways to find out what is the market standard which HR brings up for the opening during discussion, is there any site link or ways to get hold of that information.

Actually when i ask them what is that market standards they say 30% again i have seen discussions where candidate is more than 15 L CTC these standards or not considered.

I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project? I’m feeling so overwhelmed with a new project that came in and I feel like I’m pretty much the only one doing the work. And on top of that my salary doesn’t reflect the work that I’m doing.

Today during HR Interview i was informed that they can offer me only 15 including 5% vp... Which was very less as I already have informed them during the first screening round for 17-18 LPA.

Hr said my application will reject for 17 for sure so she will try for 16.5 otherwise they can give 16 LPA

My agency is opening up applications for a DE&I Committee leader for the first time. This person will be responsible for overhauling how the agency approaches diversity, including employee training, internships, new business model and client communications. However, the role is a voluntary one-year term with no extra pay or incentive. There is no budget for this person to be trained themselves. How are your companies handling new diversity leadership? How should I voice my concern?
