Planning to pivot from M&A Consulting (think post-merger synergy capture, CDD, etc.) to an associate role at an Elite Boutique post MBA from a T15 program. Fitness keeps me sane, and I regularly workout 4x a week. For the IB associates out there, will I have a hard time maintaining this workout regime while working 80-100 hours per week?

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
