After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

If you started at EY right out of undergrad, I highly doubt the $150 range for M3.
Best guess is $125k-$155k
OP - How long have you been with the firm?
You'll save some money but still be miserable
Probably accurate ^
EY1 is close but the range extends up to 185 technically.
$195
185 in PI tends to push well into SM
Thanks. Seems like quite a broad range. What's the typical number like assuming high performance? Is185 real at M3?
$185 is definitely doable. M2 at $170 so expect with a 4 or 5 to be there next year. MBA and years of experience help. If you came straight out of undergrad and made it to M3 in 2/2/3 then probably at $150-160.
M2, what would you said a reasonable range for M1 and M2 who've grown up at the firm?
Im M3 at 175
^ most people i know who started at EY out of undergrad ask for a salary correction somewhere along the way. So it's likely they are not too far off from other experienced hires at the M3/SM levels.
