Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

Their point is moot - not everyone gets to take these days off, their idea of flexible is not defined clearly anywhere so actual time off varies depending on your management/ highly inequitable, and we’ve gotten these days off for over 10 years. It’s not the same. Not everyone on the team can just take the days off. We have a right to be frustrated.
So is the Edelman one this year, but we don’t have unlimited or flexible time off
4th of July is just because day of week this year vs next, anytime it’s on a Friday or Monday I feel like we don’t get the extra day?
Are you closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s?
can you show the holiday schedule
It was never called unlimited time off. It has ALWAYS been called Flexible Time Off (FTO.) you still have to bill enough time to clients to cover your salary and benefits. That’s basic business. It’s not unlimited.
Call it what you want. It is less than it was before is the point OP is making.
