What’s WLB like in business roles at Google?
Can someone expect good WLB in Accenture?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers
Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.

Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

No
No that's just a lie to make you stay. It's not on your offer letter or the paperwork when you ask for your bonus. Safe to leave.
Ty both!!!!
My office does
Does that apply to all big 4?
I don't know about bonus but I have to pay back my Becker costs prorated over 2 years if I leave before that. Good news is, whatever they say you can negotiate into your new job hiring you to cover it
@ Assurance Associate 1. It applies to all contracts. If it's not in your employee manual, offer letter, or paperwork when you request your bonus, then you don't have to pay them back anything. Simple contract law principles.
EY didn't make me pay mine back. As an experienced hire at pwc you don't have to pay back the amount they would give you so I don't think you do as a new hire.
KPMG makes you pay it back
