PwC employees. What’s the range for senior associate salary? Applying for a few tech related positions and wanted to see how much I can ask for. Is 95k-105k too much? I have an MBA with 5+ years experience last 2 at a big 4.

they will most likely offer you a senior associate role. Last I checked, their 3 city senior associate in advisory was making up to 109k. So I’d shoot for 110 and let them counter offer. If they don’t give you 110, ask for more on the sign on bonus.

I would try for manager, but SA’s in MC Tech easily make 100-120 depending on the specific slot on the cohort grid and location
You get yearly raises as you move from SA1 to SA2, etc. the culture is good but you have an expectation to do extra work outside your client work called “reinvest” which becomes a pain in the ass when going for promotion. Some people are highly competitive and have so much reinvest work it’s hard to compete for the tier 1 or tier 2 bonus. But either way it’s a good company
You can’t go for manager?
I’d like to try for manager but I’m currently associate level. I’m told I handle a lot of manager level duties here but I didn’t think I’d get hired as a manager. But maybe I’ll look at some now
Is all your experience relevant to the job you're applying too? When I got an offer from them they only counted the part that was directly relevant and placed me at a lower level than my total years of experience, which made sense.
It is for the most part more industry related experience. A lot of project mgmt and analytics
PwC is cohort based so they’ll likely slot you in the cohort that matches your relevant experience. But with MBA SA salary can reach 120-140 depending on the group you get put in
